I rarely do reviews but I have been renting a studio through Turner Real Estate for about a year and the support and service provided are amazing. The property manager Caroline is very professional and communicative. When there are things that need to be maintained, the team responds very timely. When approaching the end of the lease, I have to terminate it a bit earlier due to personal change of plan, but the Tuner team has made the whole relet process hassle free, complying with SA regulations and helping me recover most of my bond. Big thank you to Caroline. Would definitely go for them again if needed in the future.

Chris and Sonja Dunbar sold our home. They were incredible. The helped us every step of the way. They stayed in regular communication and helped us get a great sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I’ve been in property investment for a long time, the Dunbars are the best I have ever worked with. If you’re thinking of selling, they will definitely get you the result you’re after!

Outstanding service from Turner Real Estate and Sandra My family and I moved to Australia four years ago and quickly discovered that the rental market here is extremely competitive. From the very start, Sandra with Turner Real Estate stood out for her positivity, professionalism and genuine support. She helped us secure a fantastic rental in an excellent suburb — which was absolutely critical given our daughter’s school location. Throughout our tenancy, Sandra, Anne, and the Turner team were always responsive and supportive. Whenever we had a query or needed maintenance, they acted promptly, communicated clearly, and followed through without hassle. When we decided to purchase a house and subsequently needed to break the lease, Sandra handled everything with impressive professionalism. She found a new tenant quickly, minimising any excess rent payment for us, and the bond release was completed within a few days in a very smooth process. If I ever consider having a property managed in the future, I know exactly where to go. Sandra and the team at Turner Real Estate made what can be a stressful rental journey into a truly positive experience. I happily recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, efficient, and caring property management.
