Rebecca is one of one & has created a beautiful soothing environment. HAUM makes a wonderful gift for birthdays/holidays. A night at HAUM feels like I’m out of town at a spa getaway! Her shop is full of gorgeous crystals & magnificent healing tools. I highly recommend for locals & those visiting Nashville!

PERFECT for a girls’ wind-down during a crazy weekend — and also just what the doctor ordered when you’re local and you need mind, body, and spirit recalibration, stat. What a sanctuary this has become for me! We’re very nomadic, but knowing that Haum will be here for me when I desperately need grounding, focus, clarity, calm, peace, rest is soul neosporin. I appreciate Rebecca and her staff so much; it’s clear they truly believe in the wellness of their community and hold community itself in high value. I always feel taken care of and lucky to have found this place.

This was my first sound bath — (Thank you, Erin!) and will not be my last! Rebecca is a pure goddess. She’s knowledgeable, talented and amazing at her craft. The relaxing sound bath brought feelings of peace, contentment, calmness and love ❤️. I left feeling like a new woman— with a higher level of self-awareness and empowered to eliminate self doubt talk! Not to mention the delicious rose quartz margarita 🍸 and beautifully curated crystal boutique! I would highly recommend making an appointment - now. Let’s all make the world would a better place 🌎.

I had an amazing experience with Rebecca. This was my first ever sound bath and it was eye opening and allowed me to really connect with my higher power. If you are in the Nashville area and want to relax, connect with yourself and the universe while using crystals this is the place to go! FYI you can also purchase some really neat crystals in her little boutique 🤩🪬🧿✨

This was my first time trying sound bath meditation and it was really great! Rebecca is so positive and makes the experience truly wonderful. The room is cozy with pillows, mats, warm fuzzy blankets, warm pink lighting, and eye masks. I love that she provides each person with a notebook so you can write your experience and read other people’s previous experiences as well. She gives you crystals to hold during the meditation and made us the best margaritas at the end! It was the most relaxed/meditative I’ve ever felt and I truly enjoyed the experience. Thanks so much, Rebecca!
