My first there and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and very clean. I loved that they had plenty of pampering products to purchase, but more importantly I had a fantastic stylist Laney. I had dark out growth, my blonde was brassy and my hair in general was dry and needed some rescue. Laney brought my hair back to life! Highly recommend this place!

Stylist did NOT do what I asked for multiple times for my hair coloring even though we talked about it and I showed inspo pics. I thought it might just need a few sessions but it just kept getting worse every appointment. The stylist made my hair so brassy and ORANGE leaving my appointment I had to go to another hair salon to get it fixed. I still had to pay for this appointment also which was unfortunate. When I was kindly displeased with my hair, the stylist laughed at me and was sassy in my face which only made me feel worse. It felt rude and like horrible customer service. I had enjoyed coming here previously and had seen other stylists that were great so it’s unfortunate that this stylist has driven me away from this salon and I will no longer be coming here. The stylist also did NOT know how to cut hair. She CHOPPED the front pieces of my hair SO short it was above my eyebrows instead of long subtle curtain bangs. And BARELY gave me any layers when I went to a new salon to fix my hair they commented on how brassy it was and how I barely had any layer to my hair and this was SHORTLY after my appointment at Haven. Stylist also needs to learn how to blow out clients hair. ALWAYS want to curl your hair after and it’s small tight curls that are NOT flattering. They don’t know how to do anything else. We want big beautiful blowouts!!! Not tight curls!!! This salon needs to start issuing refunds for appointments like these.

I first came in for a haircut with Bella in the fall with intentions of talking about future color services. She was incredibly helpful listening to my goals and helping to set a plan. I came back in last week for a balayage service. It’s been several years since I’ve had this done ant several other salons and this is the first time I truly felt heard and the results show it! I’m extremely happy with everything and love how comfortable Bella made me feel from the start. All the staff is always very friendly around the salon. Happy to have found my hairstylist!

I had such an amazing experience with my new hairdresser, Dani! She really listened to what I wanted, thought it through, and made thoughtful, experience-based suggestions that actually worked for my hair type. She even adjusted her schedule to fit me in, which meant a lot. On top of that, she was so engaging and friendly, it felt comfortable and easy from start to finish. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to go back!
