Our appointment started a bit ahead of schedule because I arrived slightly early, which I really appreciate as a busy mom. Alvin’s customer service was top-tier, he was welcoming, patient, and made sure my son felt comfortable the entire time. The attention to detail in the haircut really stood out, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I was especially impressed with how patient he was with my 4yo. My son sat so well in the chair, and that says a lot! It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for both of us. We’ll definitely be back.
