This is such a cozy space. There's good noise dampening for the game space in the back, so I can always type on my laptop without trouble. The owners are super friendly, and are happy to help you find something special or ask how you're enjoying what you got. They've even told me to come by and just hang as a "third place", not just to buy things every time! Honestly this really is my new haven
12/10 experience at this place!! Good, strong coffee, amazing books, and the coziest reading spaces. We got to spend some time talking with Dave and hear about his passion for books and even bought one that he recommended! I can't wait to become a regular at this place.
I am in love with this place. The owners have done an amazing job! It is so warm, comfortable, and welcoming. They have a broad and appealing selection of used books. The coffee is local and delicious, and they even have decaf drip. I hope they stay forever! This is truly a rare and wonderful place. It’s a gift to our community.
What a nice vibe! I discovered this shop online before they opened, when I was searching for used book stores around the Aurora side of the metro area and they were still setting up the inside. Feeling nostalgic for a combined used books and coffee shop with seating like this since Fireside Books and Coffee in Englewood closed over ten years ago, I remembered that Haven Coffee and Books had opened recently and I got the chance to look around today because I happened to be very close by. About half the space is dedicated to the books and some comfy chairs, the other for more seating for the coffee-serving side. They have board games and a small assortment of D&D 5th edition books to borrow, a larger table to accommodate a group that wants to play a board game or tabletop roleplaying game, some merchandise for sale by local artists (I saw a book journal for those who want to track their books!), Wi-Fi, and a separate board game room. I hope to make some more trips just to hang out!
I've been here twice and had such a great experience. My husband and I stopped by late the first time to snag some coffee beans and we had a good conversation with the owner. The second time we stayed a long while playing boardgames. They have a great selection of used books. Seating options are abundant and very comfortable options. They have a private room in the back that's so cute and I hope to use for a DnD seesh in the future. Drinks and snacks are available. Overall all vibes are awesome and I plan to stop by frequently.

Your cozy third place for coffee, books, and community connections.
