We had the BEST experience working with Lisa Hays at Haven Real Estate Group! We moved from Charlotte, NC to Coeur d’Alene and she was so thorough and knowledgeable about the area and what to expect with the transaction. We experienced a delay due to our buyers in Charlotte and she was wonderful in keeping an open line of communication going with our sellers’ team in Coeur d’Alene. She has a wonderful personality and I highly recommend her!

We are so grateful we found Marcus. Navigating a brand new area felt daunting at first, but he made us feel confident from day one. He patiently helped us learn the area and guided us to the perfect spot to build, truly listening to what we wanted and needed. His communication was the best. Always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring and he never made us feel rushed. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, he is simply a joy to work with and a good human. He made this experience not just easy, but genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Kiaya was referred to my husband and me when our previous agent had to step away from the real estate world. I am so glad we were connected with Kiaya! Kiaya was always easy to get a hold of and she set up showings quickly. Additionally, she would have the necessary documents ready in a timely manner and never hesitated to contact someone if we had questions. During walkthroughs of homes, she pointed out things that I (as a first time home buyer) was blissfully unaware of. I would highly recommend Kiaya to anyone looking to buy a home.

Working with Kellen Flanigan was an absolutely outstanding experience. From start to finish, his communication was clear, prompt, and reliable. I always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and what to expect—no guessing, no stress. Kellen also works incredibly hard for his clients. Whether it was scheduling showings, answering questions late in the evening, or negotiating on my behalf, he consistently went the extra mile. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decisions and getting the best outcome possible. If you want a Realtor who is dedicated, responsive, and truly puts in the work, I highly recommend Kellen Flanigan.

Sarah Heywood was outstanding to work with in my search for and purchase of a new home. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and timely with every interaction. Sarah is a hard-working and savvy real estate professional and exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how she always got back to me right away on time sensitive texts and emails. She had great knowledge about house construction and elements of properties; her sharing of this knowledge during showings was valuable in my learning and decision making process. She was always proactive, keeping me informed of next steps and requirements coming up. I have much respect and appreciation for Sarah and highly recommend her as a real estate professional.
