Some guy named Tyler gave these guys my number YEARS ago and despite asking them to stop contacting me, they never do. I block one number and they text me from another. I guess if you want to get petty revenge on someone, this place will absolutely annoy your enemies.

I was connected with Keller Williams and it’s the worst mistake I’ve ever made. My agent Ethan P was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met and made me extremely uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend this agency.

Just be careful when you were dealing with the Gains. They will gaslight you mess up your deal then gaslight you some more. Not easy to deal with; not understanding not pleasant. Buying a home takes up so much of your energy Don't waste your heart dealing with the Patty or William/Billy Gaines. Trust me there are better agents

Great leadership and support for agents which reflects on the customer service the agents provide to their clients. Warm atmosphere!

I usually reserve my one star reviews for particularly egregious wrongdoings by an establishment. But in this case, we haven't had a single dealing with this company, so I cannot speak to their business practices beyond the reason I am reviewing them today. My wife and I bought our house 3 years ago. We did not do so through Keller Williams, nor did the previous owner sell it through them. We love our house, and we are 110% not looking to sell it and move. That said, we've been inundated with calls and texts from Keller Williams, despite repeated demands for them to leave us alone. They have on more than one occasion agreed to stop trying to contact us, yet they still continue. Should they continue much further, we will need to take legal action in order to prevent it. At this point it's become harassment. What I suggest to you, dear researching potential customer, utilize one of the many many other realtor options available. We had great experience with ours, whom was most certainly not associated with Keller Williams in any way. If they can't be trusted to cease from direct harassment, imagine how they'll handle doing one of the most significant things you will do in your life.
