I had a fantastic experience working with Sherry. She is professional, responsive, and made the entire process of finding a renter for my home incredibly smooth. From preparation and photos to the listing and securing a qualified tenant, everything was handled quickly and seamlessly. Sherry kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her market knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a home. We have used Hawaii Sands as our property management company for the past 2 years and they have been hands down the best property management company we have ever used. Eric Deblois who personally works with managing our rental property is always very responsive, professional and goes above and beyond to make the rental process smooth for us as the owner, but also always fair and thoughtful to the tenants as well. I highly recommend anyone searching for a property management company in Oahu Hawaii to use Hawaii Sands property management.
