This property management company was great to work with. Osman Shahid was extremely helpful with our move out process. He was diligent in re-rentng the property when we had to break lease for a career move from the island. I would definitely recommend them for future endeavors. They make the rental process easy and expedient. Thank you for all you do and the professional way you conduct business.

This is my first time working with Osman, and I’m truly impressed. He does an exceptional job coordinating with both potential tenants and contractors, making sure the flooring replacement is handled efficiently while everything stays on track. His execution and attention to detail have made the entire process smooth and well-organized.

Working with this real estate agent was excellent. They were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. They guided me through every step of buying my home, explained everything clearly, and made the process completely stress-free. I felt supported the entire time and highly recommend their services. 🏡

Hawaii Sands Realty Property Manager, Osman Shahid, just conducted our apartment inspection and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. I must commend him for how kind and accommodating he was to allow me time to heal from recent illness so that I could recuperate and travel back from the mainland to meet with him for the inspection. When my roommate and I met him, he proved to be very amiable and approachable which makes a renter feel much more comfortable and confident about their rental property and the management company that represents it. His pleasant demeanor and apparent professionalism have made both my roommate and I feel much more confident that this apartment is the right place for us to call home and that we’re in good hands with a competent and thorough property manager we can count on. Thank you, Osman!
