Catherine Pennell and her support team helped my wife and I purchase fractional ownership of a condo on north shore of Kauai. Even though her commission amount was small due to the transaction size, she treated us like it was a multi-million dollar deal. Her communication and response times was very prompt, helpful and reassuring throughout the process. I would not hesitate for a second to use her again should we ever decide to upgrade.

Veronica and her team did what I thought was impossible. I switched to them after 8 months of trying to sell my house through another realtor. After there meticulous prep work the house was on contract almost immediately. They walked us through every step of the way and bent over backwards more times then I can remember. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house on Oahu.

I had the pleasure of working with Veronica Philaphandeth recently, and I must say, she exceeded all expectations. Veronica Philaphandeth and her team are phenomenal! I cannot express how awesome she was during the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. She never made me feel like any questions were invalid or too basic. She made me believe I was a priority and genuinely cared about me finding the home that was the best fit for me. I was not on the island while searching for the home, but she made the process seem smooth the whole time. Veronica is simply the best.

Purchased and sold many homes over the years. Christine Loo is one of the best realtors with whom we've worked. She helped us find a temporary rental while we figured out where/what we wanted to buy.
