i called last week and no one was able to help me so i left a voicemail. instead of listening to my voicemail and what i said, they TEXTED me back "please return my call" which seemed unprofessional and i genuinely thought it was a scam or random caller. i had to look up the number to make sure it wasn't a scammer, but had i not, i would not have known who this random person texting me was. i had described my situation thoroughly in the voicemail i left, but when i called back, the woman on the phone sounded incredibly annoyed at me. the customer service was appalling and she made me feel like i was personally inconveniencing her. she didn't even listen to the voicemail or brought up any solutions to the problems i had mentioned in my voicemail as well.

Idk why this place has 5 stars. I'm not even calling during tax season yet and I'm getting such attitude on the phone. I work in customer service too, and outside looking in, just the phone call service was awful. It was my first call and I get a rude and impatient sounding person on the phone right off the bat. I only called to inquire, and you think I'd wanna talk to and work with such an impatient, apathetic, and miserable sounding individual? Nope. Also, I got blamed for cutting in and out. Whoever's yelling in the back or talking over loudspeaker is the reason my voice was being cut because the phone was attenuating my voice out. Unreal.

My wife and I have been coming to see Pinky, Melinda, for years (I think this is our 13th year). Gabby is now in the mix and is a rock star.
