My accountant retired and I needed to find a new accountant. I was stressed to the max and then I had to reschedule not once or twice but 3 times and we were getting closer and closer to April 15. Jennifer reassured me we still had enough time. I met with Jacob and he actually did my taxes while I was sitting there! I thought I wouldn’t get returns for 7-14 days and instead I left the office with my returns filed electronically and a copy in my hand.All in about an hour. The price was very reasonable.. about the same I was paying my accountant who retired. There is ample, free parking that is easy to find. I’m so glad Jacob assured me he won’t be retiring for a really long time. I highly recommend this company.I am very happy I found them and that they knew about the 2 specialized tax forms that needed to be filled out for my circumstances. I am very very pleased and I definitely will be back next year!

I initially contacted RP Tax and had a great conversation over the phone. They were very responsive and even mentioned offering a veterans discount, which gave me confidence to move forward. Following that call, I was sent a portal to upload my documents. I completed everything the same day and provided all requested personal and financial information. However, after that, I received no response. One week passed with no update, so I sent a follow-up, still nothing. Another week went by, and I followed up again with no reply. I also attempted to call the office multiple times with no answer. At that point, I became concerned about the security of my personal information, as I had shared sensitive documents. I logged back into the portal to remove my information and requested that my profile be deleted, but again received no response. It’s disappointing because the initial interaction was very promising. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through raises serious concerns. If a response comes after this review, it’s already too late. Businesses should honor their commitments and communicate clearly, especially when handling sensitive client information.

Wow! ....is not a word you'd probably expect to find when talking about paying your taxes but their service was Top Notch. Making an appointment was a breeze and both Robert and Jane were two of the most courteous people I have met when I went to their office to file. They have been doing business for many years, and they are skilled in their profession. If you want the best experience, and most amazing service when doing your taxes, I urge you to trust that Rob and Jane will take care of you. 2026 Update: I have been filing with RP Tax for a decade now and Robert and his friendly staff are always on point. I value his work and I appreciate his knowledge. Thank you again for making tax season an easy affair.
