Doug helped me fit a bath panel. Due to the particular set-up, this turned out not to be a straightforward job, requiring some extra work and problem-solving along the way. All this was explained very clearly and the job was completed, without complaint, for no extra charge, despite the fact that Doug had to come back another day to do the finishing touches.
