Super great service!! My phone completley broken when I dropped it not working at all, they had it fixed in half an hour at a really good price!! They even threw in a free glass screen protector as well - would deffo recommend !

First class service, the gentleman was so helpful. I had a mini iPad screen replaced, the iPad was in a terrible state and it was returned looking brand new. I have used in the past for iPhone battery replacements. I Would definitely recommend Headingley Phone Shop.

Rip off merchant , tried telling me my s23 ultra had at some point had its back removed , when its been in my possession since new from Samsung and never been or needed repair. Took exact same phone to cex , Got Grade A Pass and Full value cash for the same phone. Avoid !

Scam artists. Charged me full whack for a "brand new" phone, I was assured it was brand new. Gone to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker and it says "Now connected to James phone" my name isn't James. Rung them back, they're still assuring me it's brand new. Avoid. Will be chasing this up with Trading Standards. It's fraud.

Brought my iPhone 14 in for repair after it wouldn’t turn on despite charging and taking it to apple and being told the phone was unrepairable and would have to buy a new phone so I took it to headingley phone shop to see if it can be fixed, dropped it off Saturday and picked it up today the phone now works perfectly at a reasonable price too. The lad at the desk was also a very friendly guy 👍
