I took two devices to Ultimate Repairs in Leeds — a laptop with liquid damage and a MacBook that was completely dead (no power, wouldn’t turn on or charge). From the start they were professional, honest, and clearly experienced. They carried out a proper liquid damage clean and diagnostic on the laptop to prevent corrosion, and they also did a full MacBook no power / logic board diagnostic instead of guessing. Communication was excellent and the turnaround was quick. Both devices are now working perfectly. If you need laptop repair in Leeds, liquid damage repair, or a dead MacBook repair, I highly recommend Ultimate Repairs.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I had such a good experience with them! My S22 ultra stopped working all of a sudden, and the problem was so bad, 2 other reputable shops turned me away because they could not fix it. The last shop recommended Ultimate Repairs because they are one of the few to have specialist equipment. I took my phone in and they have been transparent from the beginning and explained what they were doing and how much it would cost. Towards the end, they had come across a new problem which they fixed within the same price. They gave me a replacement phone whilr mine was getting fixed. They also did quality checks before handing back my phone and did a demonstration for me when I picked it up. Honestly, I wish more services were like what these guys offer.

Outstanding service today, took my sons Xbox in fully expecting to be told it was time for a new one and had a phone call couple of hours later telling me that it was all fixed and ready to collect, and the price was far lower than I imagined it would be. Customer service was second to none and the shop was warm and welcoming. Won’t hesitate to use again in the future
