I had a massage with Paola. I came in with extreme muscle tightness and pain. I wasn’t able to go about my regular daily. Paola helped relieve the tension and pain, and I feel so much better! I’m very grateful

I booked a 30 minute sound bath session with De-Angela with the intention of finding some mental clarity. During the session, I was truly in a relaxed state of mind. I experienced waves of energy throughout my body whenever the root and sacral chakra sound bowls were played. The music was really beautiful too. After the session, I can truly say I left feeling happier, lighter and gained the clarity that was needed. De-Angela helped me get to the next steps in my journey. Met with DeAngela today to do a sound bath and it was an amazing experience. Not only does she have a calming presence, she is phenomenal at what she does. I felt grounded, relaxed and a level of clarity after working with her. If you are looking for a nervous system reset, a great grounding and calming practice, I would definitely recommend coming to see DeAngela.

DeAngela's sound bath sent me on a course to relaxation that I haven't felt for some time. I opted for the 60 min sound bath, wow I honestly wanted to book another session immediately! It's amazing being able to drift away on a plane of tranquility and comfort, being removed physically from the hustle & bustle of life's daily struggles. As far as my session, it was an amazing way to end my workday.
