I had my first tattoo done with Heartless Ink a few weeks ago. The entire process was smooth. From my first consultation, I met with Daniel and he was able to bring my vision to life. At the time, my inexperience had me wondering how the realistic image created would ultimately find its way onto my back. I LOVE my tattoo. It is exactly what I wanted and looks just like the image that was designed for me. It is a work of art and I have already received compliments about it. My healing process was so smooth and easy after following the clear aftercare instructions given. The support team, Serpil and Azianna, were so kind and helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even though this is my first tattoo, I’m pretty sure it won’t be my last. When I’m ready for the next tattoo, I will definitely go back to Daniel. Thank you very much!

Attached is before and after. I had the great pleasure working with Cayms. Extremely professional, passionate and creative artist. As you can see… we did a full cover up sleeve. I had very old and faded tattoos and he managed to work his magic. Was very long, I think over 8 seasons, but the result is pretty amazing. Thanks Cayms for amazing work! Highly recommend Cayms.

I recently decided to begin my sleeve tattoo journey—a huge personal milestone—and because a tattoo stays with you for life, I wanted a shop that wouldn’t just “do a tattoo,” but would turn my idea into meaningful, one-of-a-kind art. Heartless Ink delivered exactly that and so much more. I reached out and shared a sketch I had created myself, hoping they could bring it to life. Not long after, they contacted me and set up a consultation with Tommy. Since I’m in Barrie and the shop is in Toronto, they made everything incredibly easy by arranging a virtual consultation. From the moment the call began, I could tell I was in the right hands. Tommy was phenomenal. As he shared his screen and walked me through every detail, it truly felt like we were creating something special together. He blended my vision with his artistic expertise so seamlessly that I watched my idea evolve from a simple sketch into a full-blown masterpiece. His professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for his craft were obvious in every minute of that call. Now that the tattoo is complete, I can honestly say there hasn’t been a single day where I’ve looked at it and felt anything but pure pride and excitement. No hesitation, no second thoughts—just absolute love for what we created. Heartless Ink—and especially Tommy—turned my dream into art I’ll cherish for a lifetime. My next tattoo will not get done anywhere else then at Heartless Ink!!!

Absolutely beyond pleased with the end result of my 3 day session with Hoscar! I’ve been wanting my sleeve done for years and after finding Heartless’s ink, the whole process was very efficient, professional and exceeded my expectations. Hoscar took my ideas and not only blew me away with his initial design, but had some ideas to change a few details before the session and really tied everything together beautifully. His work is amazing, he’s very friendly and truely cared about every step of the process. It truly showed how much pride he has in his work. When I think about the days leading up to the sessions, I didn’t expect to be as satisfied with the results as I am now! The studio is very modern, nice and has an amazing vibe from the interactions among all the artists and the clients. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in answering any additional questions or concerns I had promptly both before the sessions and during. 14 days post completion, healing has gone well and looking forward to finishing the inside of the sleeve in the spring! Highly recommend this studio and Hoscsr Castillo!

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Heartless Ink. The whole team are so personable, welcoming, and organised. I wanted to get a high quality tattoo, completed by top talent. I had Daniel Diez, a superstar perfectionist, and I appreciated all the effort he put into making the perfect tattoo for me. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find another studio, I know where I’ll be going back to when I get my next one.
