More customer service reps like Frank please! I had the best experience with Frank who helped me with all my logistical questions in reserving transportation for my daughter's wedding! His consultative approach, patience, and attention to detail has brought my nerves to an ease. I know our wedding guests will be given the best experience to and from the wedding! Thank you Frank for the white glove experience!

My wife and I used Heaven on Wheels and were very disappointed! Darrell our driver, was 40 minutes late and the bride showed up to our wedding late! Highly unprofessional, the Executive Sprinter stunk of cigarettes, had no AC in the back and had beer bottles rolling around the brides and mother in laws feet. I called the owner multiple times Saturday regarding this issue, and today is Tuesday and have not heard back from the owner. I'm happy to say we will never use this company again. Uncleanly and unprofessional!

We had a great time with Heaven On Wheels! Our driver, Mike, was timely, courteous, and super helpful. He provided wonderful service to me and my 11 girlfriends on a roundtrip drive from Fort Worth to Dallas. We got the Sprintertainment and it looked just like the photos. It was clean, well stocked, and a comfortable temp for our ride. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Heaven On Wheels exceeded all expectations! Booking was smooth, the limo was spotless and luxurious, and our driver was professional. The Escalade we reserved looked amazing and made the whole night feel special. Was perfect for my wedding day! Highly recommend if you want reliable, first-class service in the DFW area!

We had the best time on our party bus! The bus was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with ice, water, and cups, which made everything super convenient. Our driver was amazing - professional, friendly, and made sure we had a great time. From booking to the actual trip, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. We can’t recommend Heaven on Wheels enough and will definitely be booking again soon!
