As someone in the chauffeured transportation industry, I have a trained eye for service quality — and Premier of Dallas exceeded expectations on every level. Both of my trips went flawlessly. The chauffeurs were professional, punctual, and polished. I even had a last-minute request to stop and handle an issue with my phone while en route, and they accommodated it seamlessly without missing a beat. That kind of flexibility and attention to detail sets them apart. Outstanding service from start to finish — truly deserving of five stars!

This past weekend, I booked the party bus limo (23 passenger) for my mom's birthday trip to Choctaw casino and back. 10/10 Highly recommend. Marvin was top notch. He got us there safely and back. The bus was clean, cool, and it was so easy to Bluetooth music. We had a phenomenal time. I only use Premiere though. They never disappoint. BOOK!

Premier provided shuttle service for our daughter's wedding weekend in Marfa, Texas. To a person, the team in the office and the drivers were professional, helpful and cheerful. Several of our guests commented on the drivers' welcoming demeanor. The shuttles were always on time and where they were needed. Last minute changes were handled with no fuss. In short, the Premier Transportation services added to the joy of the weekend. I cannot recommend Premier strongly enough.

We started using Premier Transportation in 2008. They provided small buses and limousines for our daughter's wedding. We had many of out of town guests who still comment on the fabulous service they provided. Picking up guests from various hotels and delivering them in comfort, in the Texas heat, to the church and reception was flawless. Since then they are our "go to" for all of our airport transfers to and from our home. It is easy to book your ride with a simple phone call. You get a quick confirmation by email and reminders by text. They are always on time (meaning always 15 minutes early) at your home, the cars are beautiful and the drivers are always professional, friendly and careful on the roads. We will always be loyal customers of Premier Transportation.
