The tech showed up on time, got the job done quickly and the carpet dried in the time frame quoted. Very pleased with the entire experience. I like to do things my self, but after dealing with rental machines from grocery and big box stores; I’m done with them, Heaven’s Best is well worth the money and honestly reasonably priced. I’ve included a photo from the last machine I rented. 45 minutes to clean it, before I used it. Will use Heavens Best for all carpet cleaning needs going forward.

Heaven’s Best is the only carpet cleaner I’ve used for many years, and I have often recommended them to neighbors and friends. Lance was early and did a very good job, and the area I was concerned about has been taken care of. He was friendly and helpful, moving a couple of pieces of furniture I’m not able to by myself. The only difference this time was that I had to vacuum the whole carpet once he left, as there were little white flecks of something. He said it was dog hair, but I don’t think so.
