Hands down, best service! My only regret is not having before pictures to compare to the after (picture attached). I have dogs and cats. The dogs like to jump on the sofa and lick their paws which causes stains. Then our cat peed on the sofa which made it worse. I did my best with my own upholstery cleaner but knew that I needed professionals. I was so happy with the communication (ETA’s were provided), our guy (which I don’t remember his name even though he did tell us) was super friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again. Price is very reasonable for my sectional size. It smells wonderful and the stains are gone - it looks brand new again!
I’ve had two very different experiences with this company. My first visit was truly fantastic. The scheduling was easy, pricing was clear, and Lucca did an incredible job. He removed stains other cleaners couldn’t, left my home smelling fresh, and was friendly, patient, and professional. That experience is exactly why I booked them again. Unfortunately, my second visit was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $199 for my couch and ottoman after sending photos, but the technician arrived late and at the wrong address, even though I mentioned I had a 9am meeting. I also asked if he could quickly clean a tiny 5” carpet stain right next to the couch and was surprised to be charged $25 for something that took almost no time. Once he was already inside and set up, he told me the total would actually be $253, not the $199 I had been quoted. At that point, I felt stuck and misled. The technician himself was polite, but the overall experience left me out of pocket and frustrated. I wish my second visit had matched the high quality of the first.
Kenny was very professional. He came in got down right to business particularly liked that he cleaned after himself with any water spill or spray whenever he was cleaning up a section of the couch very well done! Will contact them again awesome job thank you
I was waiting to write this review.. I had a horrible experience with them, the guy that came to do my cleaning flippas had skipped one of the rooms completely, and I will attach photos of how the carpet still is extremely stained and he said there’s nothing he can do to help with that. also he give me a quote in the beginning and later they changed our mind and said it was too much work and and decided to skip didn’t stand their words. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I have all the screenshots of our text messages. The manager ignored my text and calls after. he didn’t move the beds to get the entire room clean he went around everything which was very unprofessional and I was unaware of the situation until I got home.
I had such a great experience with Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. I’ve had this couch for 9 years! And now our couch looks brand new — stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and it smells fresh and clean. They took great care in protecting the surrounding area and worked efficiently without cutting corners. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend
