After several years and multiple appointments at Heights Dermatology, I can honestly say that I believe I am in the best of hands and receiving the best of care. Dr. Alpesh Desai, along with his entire staff, have always met me with kindness and professionalism, explained every procedure and test results, and helped me to feel confident and calm. I have never felt rushed, they take their time in sharing options, and welcome your questions and input. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, they have also been excellent at keeping appointment times and wonderful about scheduling visits on the most convenient days. Their lobby is always full, but each patient is greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and the wait is never very long. I can't say enough nice things about them, and I highly recommend them without reservation.

I've been very happy with Heights. While doing a biopsy they managed to help me get things done that would have been more expensive.Had I paid cash. And they did a really good job. The team is super nice and the doc is very knowledgeable!

Excellent experience at the Heights Dermatology & Aesthetic Center in a lovely section of the Heights. Ultra modern interior. The staff both front and back of the house are excellent. Special shout out to PA Loren and MA Genesis. Very professional, very calming, answered every question with a smile. I felt confident in their ability to work with me and my situation. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Heights Dermatology as a first-time patient and met with a PA who seemed very knowledgeable about my concerns. They walked me through a treatment plan and recommended a follow-up appointment in two months. During our discussion, I explained what I had already tried—including medications that were part of the proposed plan—which unfortunately had not worked for me in the past. I also wanted to explore alternative laser-based treatment options, but the conversation remained focused on the original plan without much discussion on other approaches. After the visit, I attempted to contact the physician through their messaging app and called the front office several times for clarification, but I never received a response. Customer service and responsiveness play a major role in a patient’s overall experience, especially for new patients, and this is definitely an area that needs improvement. Overall, the clinical knowledge was solid, but the follow-through and communication left a lot to be desired. I hope the practice can enhance their responsiveness moving forward.
