While searching for holistic healthcare, I discovered Heights Health in 2014, and it has been an invaluable part of my wellness journey ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked with several practitioners, each offering unique insights and support that have contributed to my overall health. Although my health is generally good, my goal is to maintain it long-term. Through their bioenergetic technology and muscle testing, I’m able to identify potential issues before they develop into larger problems — from organs that may need support (which Tracy and her team have successfully identified in the past) to emotional health, which plays a significant role in overall wellness. Because of this, I find it well worth the investment to schedule a checkup two to four times a year. Honestly, I feel fantastic. I have more energy, sleep better, my mind feels sharp, and I haven’t been sick in years. With prayer and the support of Heights Health, I’ve been able to elevate my wellness — and it’s hard to put a price on feeling truly vibrant.
