I’ve been going to Heights Eye Studio since 2023 for my routine exams, glasses prescriptions, contacts, and an ocular migraine, and Dr. Nguyen is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Scheduling is easy through their online portal or by calling, and the office is clean, welcoming, and supported by a friendly staff. What makes Dr. Nguyen stand out is how he treats his patients. He is incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. He listens to everything you say, even when it has nothing to do with your eyes, and you never feel rushed. He explains every detail in a way that feels relatable and easy to understand, and he always takes the time to show me my images and compare them to examples so I really grasp what’s happening. His honesty is something I truly appreciate. He tells you exactly what you need to know without making you feel guilty or overwhelmed. I’ve gone as an insurance patient and as a cash-pay patient, and both experiences have been great. For me, seeing Dr. Nguyen is not just an expense. It feels like the best investment in my eye health, which is why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely thoughtful optometrist, Dr. Nguyen is the one.

Let's just start off with how easy it was to book an appointment. You book online with so many available times that works with my crazy schedule. They send you reminder texts in case you forget. Parking is a breeze, it's located in a shopping center located in the heart of the Heights. The check-in process was quick and seamless. They also have refreshments in the front, which adds a relaxing touch. I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Vuong. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about my eyes during my exam. I opted to get glasses during the visit and they have so many options! It was hard to narrow down my selection to THREE frames. Ultimately, I chose the Ray-Ban frames and they look absolutely gorgeous on my face. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I am highly satisfied with my entire experience here. Don't wait to give them a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
