We had a fantastic experience with Height Pest Control in Cleveland. Jim came out to help us with both a carpenter ant problem and a mice issue, and he was absolutely excellent. He spent several hours at our home, was extremely thorough, and took the time to inspect every potential entry point to make sure everything was addressed properly. He explained what he was doing along the way and made sure we understood how to prevent future issues. I was really, really pleased with the service and would highly recommend Height Pest Control to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I truly appreciated the quick response. They could be at my house the very next morning. Jim took his time and really inspected the house looking for all possible wasp nests. He was knowledgeable and helped me to understand other things I needed for my house to keep infestations from happening. The treatment is good for 6 months which is nice. I also really appreciated not being sold a bunch of other things, he came focused on my problem and solved it very quickly.

I met with Jim from Heights Pest Control and was very happy with the service he provided. I asked several questions about the bee treatment and he thoroughly explained what his process entailed and how the treatment works. I opted to get the additional whole house treatment that would address bees, ants, and spiders. He advised me to keep an eye on problem areas and to call him if I felt additional treatment was necessary (at no cost to me for one year if problem was in same area). Jim was professional and personable and I feel very satisfied with the work overall.

Have them out as I write. Wonderful service, informative crew and fair price. Had a mouse problem and they pointed out an ant problem that I wasn't aware of but clearly I had and needed to fix or would have had to deal with very costly damage to the house. Not pushy, they leave the decision to you. Fast too, I called yesterday and they're here today. Easy to communicate with too, phone and text was used. Two guys came so they made fast work of the outside and inside parts of the problems. Couldn't offer higher praise. And I've used the big national guys, this company is better imo.
