I had a couple aluminum siding panels that got pulled away from the house on the second floor. Every other service I called said either it was too small or they didn't have any aluminum siding specialists. I called The Maintenance Man and Yerik came out in a timely fashion, did a great job in record time for a very fair price. Now when someone I know needs something done, I can say, "I got a guy"!

I had a great experience with The Maintenance Man! He installed my TV and put in a new sink, both were done perfectly and with great attention to detail. He was professional, on time, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs reliable, quality work done.

This is the handyman you want. Unlike others from those contractor apps, Ramone responded literally within seconds; I hadn’t even put my phone down after hitting Send! Expecting to have to make an appt for next week or later, he said he was available “right now”, late Fri of a holiday weekend. When he got here he had me show him the jobs needed, mapped the plan in his head and got to work, quickly and efficiently. He installed one ceiling fan, repaired a 2nd fan the original contractor screwed up (and wouldn’t come fix), and left with both a check for a reasonable fee and a customer for life!

I’d been putting off small home repairs because I was overwhelmed and honestly a little intimidated by the process—but I’m SO happy I called The Maintenance Man LLC! Ramone made everything so easy. He was professional, kind, efficient, and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. I finally feel caught up and so relieved. Highly recommend!

I moved here 2 years ago from the West Coast, bought a house in Cleveland Heights. I didn't know anyone to call. I came across Maintenance Man website and was drawn to it. First job he did for me was install this lighted ceiling fan. He quoted me a price before either of us knew each crystal was individually wrapped. He had to assemble and hang each strand. He refused to change his original price quote even though we both knew this was no simple light/ceiling fan installation. I was more than willing to pay more but he would not have it. That's integrity! Ramone has done many jobs for me since from electrical to plumbing and much more. When I see that white van pull up I can relax whatever the issue. He does great work for a reasonable price and he's a good man. I'm so glad I have Ramone to call.
