Alanna and Ashley were fantastic cleaners! We were home while they were cleaning; and they did an amazing job working with us so we were not in their way and didn't make it feel awkward at all. They were very detailed and the house smelled wonderful. Will definitely be up keeping my service with Hellamaid. Customer service was fantastic and very understanding -** this was my first time having cleaners and very glad we made this choice.

Carol, Bev and Carolina were our assigned cleaners for a deep cleaning package, and they did a tremendous job of cleaning our house! They hit all of my priorities in record time and they looked so sparkly and my husband and I were truly shocked! Our kitchen sink which I tried so very badly to get it back to its original stainless steel looked even better than brand new after they left! I save up for a year to have this small luxury, and they were so great that it not only felt worth it, but beyond worth it as they helped me clean all of those areas that I find difficult with. Honestly my second experience in two years with Hellamaid and looks like they have me as their loyal customer for the next few years as well! Thank-you Hellamaid for assigning Carol, Bev and Carolina, they totally made our day and they speak so well! I really enjoyed having them over! Thank-you Carol, Bev and Carolina for your thoughtfulness and care, we will never forget you guys! Hands down we would recommend you guys to be the best!

Major Issues (details below): • Service window missed (arrived nearly 20 minutes late) • Deep clean not delivered despite paying nearly $400 • Apartment left dirtier (dirty paper towels left behind) • Multiple last-minute cancellations when trying to rectify • No follow-up from agents after failed services • Fraudulent cancellation reason (“parking”) used, only 20% refund offered Details: I requested a deep clean service and was highly disappointed. Despite paying nearly $400 for a three-hour deep clean, my apartment appeared to have been barely touched—dirt remained on the floor (not vacuumed or mopped), the bathtub was not cleaned, and the cabinets (which I paid extra for) were untouched. To make matters worse, dirty paper towels from the cleaners were left around my apartment instead of being disposed of. When I raised these issues, two additional services were scheduled to fix the situation, but both were cancelled last minute by the maid (1 was an hour before, the other was half-way through the arrival window). As a single person with a pet, this meant repeatedly rearranging my schedule and leaving my home multiple times, which disrupted my work, appointments, and had financial repercussions. After all of this, I still never received the service I paid for. No agent ever followed up with me to try to resolve the issue. When I reached out myself, I was told the cancellation was due to “parking,” which was not true, and they only offered me 20% back. This reasoning was fraudulent and dismissive of the actual problems: services not delivered, repeated cancellations, and significant disruption to my life. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

As a retired couple looking to stay on in our home, we reached that point in time when a cleaning service would be a real help to us. Hellamaid is our first experience with a cleaning company, and we were delighted with their service. Shanika and Lisa were friendly and worked very efficiently to clean our house. We look forward to their visits in future.
