⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Honest and Amazing Service I had a wonderful experience at Hello Delux Car Wash. While vacuuming my car, my expensive ring accidentally got sucked into the vacuum. A few hours later—late at night—they contacted me to tell me they had found it. Their honesty, responsibility, and professionalism truly impressed me. They showed not only great service but real humanity. Highly recommended!

I wanted to give this car wash another try because I saw the good reviews. This was my 3rd time coming here and the first time the service was great. The second time I paid for a tire cleaning and never got that done. I got a call from one of the managers and they didn’t want to take care of the amount I paid for the tire shine. They told me to just come back to get a free car wash. No big deal but the resolution felt lackluster. This time I came by because I needed a quick wash and it seemed reasonable. I got done and after cleaning my car I noticed some scratching and it was definitely noticeable I told the person in charge and as anyone would expect they looked at the cameras but didn’t really notice anything. I know my car and didn’t see anything in the morning while I drove out. Whether it was my fault or theirs nothing was resolved I just left because we were getting nowhere. I feel like there is enough proof to see that the machine might have been at fault. Plus this is the only place that I have gotten machine washes. Regardless, they told me to have a good day and walked away. I don’t mind taking care of the issue myself, but the way the issue was treated in general left a sour taste in my mouth.
