I cannot say enough positive things about Hello Smooth! They have a fantastic membership program and offer great monthly discounts on products and services. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. Racquel is an advanced practice registered nurse aesthetic injector and my new best friend! She has administered several treatments on my face Over the last several months, and I absolutely love my youthful appearance.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Racquel! She was amazing, in recommending a treatment plan that works for me! She took time to listen to all my concerns and then she got to work! I'm looking forward to returning in the next two weeks to finish out my treatment goals ♥️ can't recommend enough!

I am absolutely thrilled with Hello Smooth Med Spa! From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for — the staff is warm, welcoming, and truly professional. Every procedure was done with great attention to detail, and they explained each step clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The results are amazing — even better than I expected. I really appreciate their high level of professionalism and the way they treat their clients. As always, I had such a great experience at Hello Smooth Med Spa! My consultation with Taylor was amazing; she was super informative, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. Racquel has always been the best and is the only person I have ever trusted to touch my face! I usually do Dysport, but this time I tried lip filler as well for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was. I can’t wait to see my final results in a few weeks! Highly recommend Hello Smooth to anyone considering treatments; they truly make you feel cared for and confident.

From the moment I signed up for my package to my most recent visit, my experience at Hello Smooth has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. They take the time to explain each service in detail, making sure I understand before moving forward, and they’re always patient in answering questions or addressing any concerns. The facility itself is beautiful and inviting, it even smells wonderful when you walk in! I’ve done laser hair removal here, and Pilar is truly the best! She's professional, kind, attentive, and has a great sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend Hello Smooth to anyone I know. Their combination of expertise, warmth, and a great atmosphere makes every visit a great one.
