I have had Brazilian waxes and I’ve also given myself waxes. I wanted to treat myself to one. She should step out the room to give a person privacy. But, no she stood right there while I took my pants off. After a day i wasnt as smooth as i should be. The service just felt rushed. Usually I'm asked if it’s too hot and I wasn’t. I will not be returning and canceling my membership.

Been going to european for nearly a decade , moved to a new state and I just wasn't impressed anymore felt rushed and they missed alot of spots.. decided to try something new.. had been seeing adds for hello sugar figured I give them a try. Staff was friendly, the pain level was way less than european and I feel like it was much faster. She didnt have to go over multiple times , clean strips. Became a member today and not looking back :)

My first time experience with Brianne was chefs kiss!! I did a sugar wax and it was amazing. She was extremely thorough during my whole session and really took the time to make sure everything was at my satisfaction. Most importantly, the salon was extremely clean and up to date. The rooms were big and bright, making the experience even more pleasant. The quality of the sugar wax was so nice and the time they take for the aftercare like the baby powder and the almond oil is amazing!! Overall I left so happy and will be back!

I absolutely loved braydene. She was super nice and guided me through the differences between sugar and wax. I got a Brazilian and underarms done and she did an amazing job it was not painful AT ALL. I signed up for the membership thanks to her and I cannot wait to come back!😊

Brianne is the best!!! I have been seeing her for almost 2 years and couldn’t have asked for a better aesthetician. Seriously, she makes my whole month better! She not only has me look amazing on the outside after but feel perfect without fail every single time. Still seeing her after I have moved 2 hours away. She cares about every single person and that’s why I will keep going back to her no matter what. So worth it! 10/10 thank you thank you !!!
