I had some trouble with a recent PC build. I spent several days testing. This is not my first build (7 or more over the past decade), but got frustrated when I could not get the machine to Post. Brandon was easy to talk to, I was able to tell him what issues I had and what equipment. Within a day he had the machine up and running. Any future PC issues and Brandon will be the first person I’ll go to.

I was in Tulsa for work when my computer crashed while I was working with a client. I needed someone reliable and knowledgeable who could help me fast! I was referred to Brandon at Helsys. Not only did Brandon make himself available to me that same day, he stayed late into the evening, well beyond his normal business hours, to ensure I was able to access my data. Being over 600 miles from home with no backup computer and not knowing anyone in the area, Brandon helped make a stressful situation a little more manageable.

I brought my custom build to Brandon, who was a pleasure to work with. He was able to quickly troubleshoot my post issue and get me on my way. The price point was pretty standard for diagnosing a low level issue. Will happily bring my problem systems to Helsys Technologies again.
