i was turned away at the door. It's really unfortunate that this local store doesn't respect your rights. i ended up buying a prebuilt gaming pc from best buy. honestly, i got a better deal at best buy than i could've found here- even used. If there wasn't a "no guns" sign on the front door, i could've spent over $1,000 in here. instead it went to best buy because i won't do business with a business that doesn't want my business. i guess my money isn't wanted in there. know your role Same Day Comp. you operate in a moderately high crime area. Gun free zones are dumb and dangerous.

I recently brought in my iBuyPower prebuilt PC due to a BIOS issue. I was trying to enable secure boot to play the new Call of Duty and doing so sent my computer into some kind of boot loop. I met David, who had thankfully already seen the issue before. Within a day, he was able to diagnose and fully solve the issue, plus gave my computer an update to the latest BIOS. 10/10 service, great turnaround speed, and honest people working here. A business doesn't get much better than that.

Super honest ppl. Took my pc into the store about 9am to get repaired, they fixed it, its 4:46pm and im back gaming on it. Plus great prices

i like how the website is completely tied to facebook and it will literally freeze you out from access unless you have/make an account.....either they have no idea how to make a simple website informing (not advertising) their customers of their business models, they hired someone who they over paid, or they have no idea how to make a website.... heres some advice though, fix your website and take down all the popups and "professional" stuff because 1. it dont look professional anyways, and 2. you're a mom and pop shop, just keep it simple.. I think that would help your customers greatly.

Went to same day to have my PC diagnosed as I was pretty sure the power supply was dead. Once I arrived, they were dealing with a VERY difficult customer who spent 15-20 minutes of her time belittling the man behind the counter. He kept his cool, was able to resolve the issue the best he could considering the WORK of a person he was dealing with, and still got to my pc after and had it diagnosed in minutes. They definitely know what they’re doing and talking about. Would do service again in the future.
