Everytime I come, they always are so quick to help and answer all my questions. They are ALWAYS so helpful! They also give us the best deals as well even if we don’t suggest it!
Had the absolute worst experience here. I went this Saturday, January 3, to get ideas on engagement rings. When we walked in a man directed us to the area on the style of ring I was looking for he handed me a ring to try on which I did and then I asked to look at another one. While I was looking at the ring and discussing things with my significant other he called over a woman to help us and he quickly walked away. I asked the lady to try on the first ring again which she handed me and I tried it on at this point I had friend come in who was shopping with me so I was asking her opinion when we were talking the lady was like well if you like that one just take a picture but make sure our business card is in it to which she proceeded to place right next to me and made my significant other take a picture of. Does not sound to awful but then things took a turn she acted as if she was getting impatient, i took the ring off as i wanted to look at another to which she shoves the ring back in the glass compartment and locks it. When she does that I tried to tell her oh i wanted to look at this one but she apparently did not want to do that and mumbled something about the other guy will come help us or something and walked away from me and started doing something else. We were confused and stood there for a second and the man that originally helped us was doing something else as well and didn’t acknowledge that we were standing there. I was shocked as I was really interested in a ring that they had but apparently we were not worth their time as she proceeded to tell us to have a good day. It was extremely disappointing and embarrassing as it is supposed to be a exciting experience shopping for an engagement ring. I hope the people that work here do not make anyone else feel this way as it felt like we were being kicked out of the store with what was experienced. As someone who works in the service industry it is deeply upsetting to be treated the way were and i hope no one else has to experience what we did and that this situation does actually get addressed.

We went to the Tanger Outlet location. The customer service was exceptional. Friendly and beyond courteous 😊. Auntie was so nice and helpful with our repair issue.
