My fiancé and I purchased our engagement ring with Stephanie here at the Kay outlet. We had gone to many jewelry stores, and couldn’t find anything close to what I had seen at a different store but way out of budget. Stephanie’s customer service really outshines the rings in the store. She took so much time and care to our wants and needs and in the end we found exactly what we were looking for, at an even better price than what we initially had planned. I definitely recommend!

We recently visited Kay’s to look for our wedding bands, and Tammy helped my fiancé and me. We spent about an hour and a half trying on different styles, and she was incredibly patient the entire time. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, and her customer service was absolutely outstanding. Tammy was so kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive—even after all that time. I’ve been shopping at Kay Jewelers Outlet at Tanger for over 7 years, and I must say the experience has consistently been excellent — thanks to Tammy and Kerri. They are both very knowledgeable about Diamonds. They always explain to me and I know what a buying. I am a very picky buyer but they were always patient. Either or both of them whenever am there. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care always make each visit pleasant and memorable.
