After my initial call to Sam Henderson regarding Equity release he introduced me to his colleague John Collins, who very promptly arranged a meeting with me. The equity release process was explained to me in detail, and the conversation made available to me in hard copy. After a few more meetings the initial process was complete. I then met with a very nice lady solicitor (recommended by John Collins) who took me through the final legal documents to be signed ... and that was it! In no time at all the funds were in my account, and with my stress levels dropping significantly, I now look forward much more positively to a comfortable retirement in these difficult financial times.
