Hendrick Collision Center in Durham was paid $15,926.81 by my insurance (USAA) to repair my Tesla Model 3 after a not-at-fault accident on September 27, 2025. After waiting over a month, I picked up my vehicle on November 7, 2025. The next day, I discovered multiple unresolved issues, including missing exterior parts, visible staining, loose door trim, a malfunctioning passenger window, and a miscalibrated headlight that makes nighttime driving unsafe. I immediately notified the shop. They acknowledged the issues and stated they would order parts and retrieve my vehicle to complete the repairs. Since then, I have made repeated calls and left voicemails. I am frequently told someone will call me back, but they rarely do. Promised follow-ups and scheduled calls have not happened. As of January 2026, my car is still not fixed despite the shop having been paid in full. I continue to make car payments and pay insurance on a vehicle that was returned in an unfinished and unsafe condition. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious if you choose this location.

I have had experience with other collision centers over the years, but Hendrick (Durham) sets a new standard for me. Brenton kept me well informed on progress and details of the repair. It was a 'minor' accident, but with all the sophisticated electronics involved, even a 5 mph crash can result in damage that not only needs to be put back together, but returned to the proper level of function. I am confident from interaction with Brenton and reading the very detailed report of work performed, that this was achieved. I would confidently recommend this service to anyone.

Steve at Hendricks was very understanding, helpful, and clear in his explanation of repairs that needed to be made. I have been to other repair shops in the past but will now come back to Hendricks for any needs. In addition, having Enterprise in the same building was very helpful. And the Enterprise attendants, especially Kaylee were particularly helpful and friendly.

I trusted the team at Hendricks to repair my vehicle and was pleased from the moment I dropped my car off. They kept me in the loop of how things were progressing as they dealt with the ins company and repairs. A special thanks to both Sarah's, Henry, and the young lady at Enterprise (thanks luv) you guy's were very professional, kind and supportive. I would recommend you to everyone! Thank you all!!!

Unfortunately, I hit a deer and there was extensive damage to my front bumper. Hendrick Collision was highly recommended so I knew I wanted to have my car repaired there. The customer service was impeccable. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Christopher M. helped me by providing the estimate and communicating with my insurance company. He also provided updates along with others on the status of my car. I was informed along the way and knew what was going on with my car the entire time. Christopher actually came out to meet me when I picked up my car to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He encouraged me to call back if anything was found to be wrong with the car. I highly recommend Hendrick Collision for your car's body repairs!! My car looks wonderful! Thank you Hendrick Collision!!
