Amazing company, couldn’t recommend them enough. Paul and his crew were on-time, efficient, and moved us out of a Tucson 10’x10’ Public Storage to a 900sqft house in California at a very reasonable rate. We were concerned due to our experience with previous companies that he was under-estimating, but he and his crew got it done well within the quoted and price range. One mention was the promptness of responses. There were a couple times we waited a full business day or two to get a reply to queries, but we learned he had just hired someone new at the office. Overall, 10/10 would hire again.
These guys are great! From the minute my wife called to ask questions and schedule, Paul was very helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. The two gentlemen who moved our stuff (Joe and Matt) were awesome. They called on the way to tell us when they were arriving. Both were very polite and professional and took great care of our belongings. Best moving experience ever! From start to finish, this was hands down the best moving experience we’ve ever had. We moved from Arizona to California, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with incredible professionalism. The team was punctual, friendly, and treated our belongings with the utmost care. What really stood out was their communication and genuine attention to detail. We always knew what to expect, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. After several moves over the years, this company truly sets the standard for excellence. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
We had these movers handle our move, and they did a fantastic job — three full truckloads from small to large items. The team was professional, efficient, and careful with everything. We’d definitely call them again for any future moving for our organization.
A couple of days before our scheduled move date to our new apartment, we discovered that there was to be a cleaning crew there until 5pm and we wouldn’t receive our keys until then. I called Paul at Henry Movers as we had booked a 9am slot to begin our move. He worked it out and rescheduled us for the following day without fuss. The day of our move our two man crew (Scott and Greg) arrived exactly on time and got straight to work after introducing themselves and asking if we had any questions or concerns. We had requested 2 TV boxes and some boxes and bubble wrap for some breakables we were a bit worried about, and were relieved they had remembered to bring them. Both Scott and Greg worked non-stop loading our things and carefully packed our TV’s and fragile items for us as I’m in a wheelchair and my wife had pretty much exhausted herself in the lead-up to moving day. They exhibited professionalism and a great work ethos in all aspects of our move. Frankly, we had been feeling a little apprehensive after our “rescheduling surprise” but everything went smoothly once Scott and Greg arrived. They even disassembled then reassembled our large dining table as it didn’t fit our doorways. Our move couldn’t have gone better and they did it all for our agreed upon price. Nothing got broken and they very patiently placed everything in the rooms we designated and cleaned up afterwards. It’s a very good feeling to see such polite professionalism in a service business. We whole heartedly recommend Henry Movers!
