Writing this review is SO difficult, because I literally could write a novel for how grateful we are to Hope for being our wedding day photographer! For background, my husband and I work at The Videre Estate (a wedding venue in Hill Country) and work with lots of photographers! The moment I saw Hope's gallery of a previous wedding we had out here, I knew she was exactly who I wanted for my own wedding. On the actual wedding day, she was timely, professional, communicative, and such a kind presence to be around! And then getting back our gallery from our wedding brought me back to our day so vividly. From the way she captures the emotions of the day to how beautifully she captures it, there truly are no words to describe how talented she is! There is something so special about every single photo in our gallery. I highly, highly recommend if you're considering her for your wedding.
Hope was absolutely amazing!! She photographed our wedding and engagement announcement and everything was so perfect. She communicates very well provided lots of vendor recommendations which made our wedding planning go so smoothly. We love all of our pictures and let her use her creativity freedom in how we photographed the Big Day and we couldn’t be happier. We have a gallery wall of all the pictures she and Jodie took and it is our favorite piece from our wedding!
HIRE HERRRR!!!!! I truly cannot recommend Hope enough! I'd recommend to anyone looking for wedding photos that showcase real moments vs an album of posed photos. She is so professional, kind, understanding, respectful, and beyond prepared. We decided to add a second shooter and it was such a great decision! From start to finish, they both blew us away, but especially on the big day. Somehow, they managed to be everywhere without ever feeling intrusive. You’d be having the time of your life, and then later, you see the photos and realize they captured everything without you even noticing. Not that we ever wanted her to feel like she had to be invisible, but it was just so impressive how seamlessly they moved through the day, catching every moment without interrupting a single one. And the editing and color grading? Stunning!!!!!!!! My husband has red hair and was a little worried about how it would be captured because, historically, photographers never quite get it right. Hope absolutely nailed it. The colors, the lighting, everything all just looks so right. I’ve somehow managed to narrow down my favorite photos to just 71. Even our wedding party couldn’t stop talking about how smooth everything was. No hour-long, stiff posing sessions and just natural, fun, real moments. Hope made the entire experience effortless, and the photos reflect that. If you’re thinking about hiring Hope, stop thinking and just do it. You will not regret it!!
I am so grateful that I found Hope and her husband. Hope did the photography and her husband did our videography. My family and I could not be happier. Everyone (especially my husband and I) absolutely loved every photo. She perfectly captured the joy and happiness of our day and she listened to what I was wanting and did just that. Same with the video. I will cherish the photos and video forever and ever. You meet with them several times before the wedding to make sure that they can serve you the best way possible. She also did my bridal portraits and went above and beyond to make sure that we found a time for them during her busy spring wedding schedule! Very grateful, you will not regret choosing Hope!
Hope and her husband are beyond talented!! They specialize in documentary-style shooting, which was perfect for us - we got to spend the day focusing on our wedding, each other, and our loved ones while they captured every moment! They are also so easy to communicate with, from the first meeting to following up and sending our sneak peek gallery after the wedding. They made us so comfortable and I cannot imagine our wedding day going so smoothly without them. I highly highly recommend Hope!! Truly can’t imagine anyone better.
