Charmaine, Jumari, and Tes were extremely helpful in taking away the stress of joint filing as a small business owner for the first time. Their online portal and virtual meetings made tax preparation very easy to send/receive documents. Charmine personally walked me thorough learning how to file HI state taxes for the first time as well as setting up estimated income federal tax payments. Their whole team was very patient and helpful! I feel confident using their tax services again when we file our 2022 tax return. Mahalo!

I sincerely regret hiring this company for doing my taxes. I thought hiring a big accounting firm would ensure my taxes were done correctly. They were not. I actually had to hire someone who knows what he is doing to redo 2 years worth of taxes that HI Accounting did for me. I also owe a hefty penalty to the IRS. Stay away.
