Awesome escape experience! As a huge hobby of mine, I seek out escape rokms wherever I go. Was on a trip here, and found this place as the highest rated on the area, and it really deserves it! The staff was extremely kind and fun and made our experience top notch! The room itself was really well made and kept up and had really unique puzzles. It was so much fun! Can't recommend this place enough!

Highly recommended! Me and my wife had a blast on all of their rooms! Their rooms are one of the best in RVA! and Yes, we finished the curse of zelderon with just the two of us and it’s our first ever 2-hr room experience! Worth every penny! The gamemasters are very attentive and knowledgeable. The dancing part when asking for hints are so much fun! Lol.

We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 16th bday and had an absolute BLAST! We had to dance a few times to get some help from our awesome coach/guide Timothy who played his role perfectly. From the start of the event to the end every staff member remained in character and were awesome to work with. Timothy did a great job and his clues were instrumental in helping us escape! We finished the sleepy hollow room(s) with only 5 mins to spare but it was incredible. We will definitely be back. By far the best escape room anyone in our group has ever been to.

Very fun experience, definetly worth doing and we will definetly be coming back. It was a little underwhelming at the start thinking there was only one room, but once we opened the doors to the other rooms it just made it so much better. Gamemaster Wes explained everything perfectly and gave perfect hints. Very well crafted puzzles and challenges, and the immersive puzzles like blowing out the candles was a great edition and I love that. This place definetly deserves more recognition.

Hidden Gems Escape Room is a true standout! What makes this place so special is the incredible hand-drawn art from local artists throughout the room it adds a unique, authentic touch you just don't see in franchise locations. The stories are well-scripted and high-quality, clearly showing the care put into the design. The puzzles were challenging enough to keep us thinking but perfectly balanced so we still had a blast. A must-visit for anyone looking for a creative and fun challenge in RVA!
