This is hands-down, our favorite indoor playground! It’s definitely cleaner than the other ones forsure ! And the staff is always friendly and welcoming! I feel like when people work in an environment around a lot of kids like that sometimes they can seem agitated But every interaction I’ve had with anyone there they have all been so friendly and kind and they actually Look like they enjoy their jobs ! The first time we came here was back in April and Marina helped us , her customer service is definitely what brought us back on top of my kids begging me to bring them back lol

We had an amazing experience at Hide N Seek, and I cannot say enough great things about our party host, Lisa! She truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment the party started, she made sure everything ran perfectly and completely stress-free. She was incredibly attentive, on top of every detail, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Lisa was fantastic with the kids so patient, kind, and engaging and her customer service was outstanding. She made the entire party feel effortless and enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. Because of her, the party was smooth, fun, and memorable. If you’re booking a party here, I highly recommend requesting Lisa. She is absolutely the best!

First time coming to Hide & seek. My son has asthma and I needed to go out and get his Inhaler. Chloye was very understanding and understood his needs which meant the world to me because we didnt realize how much activities our son would be engaging in. She didnt even question me she said yes due to it being a medical need. She was very understanding and compassionate. Overall this place is clean and a great place to bring your children. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks aswell as prizes to be earned. We will be coming back as we enjoyed our time. Thank you Hide and seek

Perfect place to take the kids and just have a fun time. The whole indoor park is perfectly cooled and has tons and tons to do for the kids like games and mazes. Very well kept and love the fact that they keep a close eye on the kids the entire time.

The staff is amazing Sonia, Vivian, & Tristan assisted me with my Daughter party June 11, 2025 and i can truly say everything ran smoothly because of them. Tristan played with the birthday girl and guests who attend her party! I received even great feedback from him saying i was great mom for organizing this party for my daughter. Tristan was constantly checking on us to make sure we were good. Provided plenty of water, attention and positive attitude. Sonia and Vivian were great host! They had great attitude and were constantly smiling. I would highly recommend the bingo room for your event the chairs, tables, and unlimited water was included. Blessed to see my daughter smile and see how clean, organize, and fun this spot is. My family enjoyed the party and felt comfortable and safe with hide & seek staff.
