Highly recommend for repairs on vintage audio equipment. Did preventative maintenence and took care of other issues with my Marantz 2270. Russ and Calvin were very professional through the whole process.

Went in today knowing next to nothing about turntables and left with a system I'm very very happy with! Russ and Calvin were super fun to work with and they took the time to plug everything I was buying together to see how it sounded. Also never felt like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn't need which is great in a sales experience. Def will be coming back for any further needs I may have when it comes to home theater.

We were looking to get a turntable but didn’t really know where to start. Calvin and Russ made sure we were in good hands and took so much care in explaining all the options and how to hook things up where they needed to. They even have our go to record to test out for the audio! We will definitely be going back for any turntable/speaker needs.

Reading through the reviews, I thought I received extra special care and treatment, but nope - that’s how Russ is and that’s how he helps others! I had an incredible learning experience and Russ really catered to my budget needs and gave thorough explanation and tutorials for a novice. I got a beautiful turntable and valuable knowledge. I got some great band recs as well. I highly recommend this place and Russ!!

What an amazing experience! My wife and I made a same appointment to talk to Russell about repairing our old 1970's Dual Turntable. After much consideration and a great listening session in Russell's demo room, we were convinced to trade our old turntable in towards this Beautiful SOTA turntable that is made in Wisconsin. Russell was knowledgeable and gave us confidence in our purchase. In these difficult times I always recommend supporting local businesses, but the HiFi Haus gets bonus points for selling such excellent products at fair prices.
