Mike is a great guy and highly skilled. He was able to find the problem with my turntable during the free diagnostic check. It turned out I did not need a repair, and Mike insisted that I owed nothing. I would not hesitate to go back to him the next time I have a problem with my audio / video equipment.

I was searching for a technician to troubleshoot and repair some headset microphones for my church a few weeks ago. Although he said those kinds of microphones were not his typical job, Mike agreed to take a look and do what he could. He was the only repair shop that I contacted to actually offer to do a repair - every other place either gave me a stock answer ("reach out to the manufacturer") or said they could not help. Mike informed me that one of the church's microphones was broken beyond repair (and proved it to me with his tools and a simple explanation that I could understand), which was helpful because it eliminated the uncertainty we had about whether or not the mic could be salvaged. The second microphone was fixed with a simple heat shrink to keep the 3.5mm connector in place. That fix has been working perfectly for our pastor, and it saved us from spending $800+ on a replacement!
