I have been a customer of High Grade for about 12 years. I have taken several of my cars, my wife’s cars and have recommended several people. Over the weekend I had an issue with the tint on the front driver side. I took my car to High Grade today and they told me the it’s not covered under the warranty. I asked them what’s the point of the warranty. What happened was the tint had a bubble after 6 months of being installed. I never cleaned the inside of my windows with any chemicals. They made me pay $85 to replace the tint. Customers beware this shop doesn’t stand by their warranty. I wanted the tint fixed and I paid $85 to replace the tint. This is my last time taking any of my cars to High Grade. Again customers beware, their are a ton of other tint shops in Miami. Shop around and deal with a shop that really stands by their warranty.

I've been going to High Grade for over 20yrs. I've watched them grow from a single to a 3 bay operating business. Over the years, I've had (all my cars) tinted there, i've had radio upgrades, rear camera upgrade, alarm installed, remote start installed, and most recently , PPF application on my new car. Their prices are competitive compared to others but the most important thing, is the warranty that comes with their products. They also offer personal car wrap & advertising related wraps for your business. This is hands down , one the most reliable business in this field. Ask for Santiago, you won't regret it.

Been using High Grade Sound & Security for years and they never disappoint. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a same-day appointment for tint on my two front windows and front strip to match my back windows. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Gigi. The lobby has been rearranged since my last visit and feels much more spacious, with drinks and snacks available for customers. After chatting briefly with Gigi and another customer, my car was ready. The tint is laser cut for precision. One window had to be redone due to a hair getting into the tint, but it was promptly addressed and fixed without issue. Excellent service all around. I will definitely continue coming here.

First off Santiago and Juan are hands down the nicest and most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in this type of shop. They don’t push you and don’t make you feel ignorant with questions you have . You absolutely don’t feel any pressure to buy anything and you can rest assure your questions will be answered professionally and with kindness. I had my windows tinted first , then went back to get a paint correction and ceramic coating , I then went back to add a stripe to my mustang gt . Everything came out beautiful and there passion for detail is by far better then anyone I’ve worked with in this type of business . I left happy each time I was there and can’t wait to go back . I had an amazing experience with High Grade Security & Sound! They installed new speakers, tweeters, and a subwoofer in my 2022 Toyota Camry SE, and everything sounds incredible. One of the subwoofers unfortunately blew shortly after, but they went above and beyond by replacing it for free—no questions asked. That kind of service is rare these days and really appreciated! While I was there, I also got my windows tinted, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything looks and sounds great, and the quality of their work shows. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to wrap my roof black and possibly add PPF to protect the paint. Yes, the prices are on the higher end, but honestly, it’s worth every penny. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service are top-tier. They offer a wide range of services, and I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their car. I’m officially a loyal customer now! Additional info: I tinted my car in 15% Ceramic tint on all door windows, including the back windshield, while keeping the front windshield at 70% for heat reduction
