Michael is hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, laid out the options clearly, and got the job done right the first time. What really sets Michael apart is his attention to detail and work ethic. He treated my home with respect, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was done. No shortcuts, no guesswork—just solid, skilled plumbing work. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, who shows up when he says he will and stands behind his work, Michael is the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

There was an issue with the hot water heater as it was leaking and created an issue with water throughout the Garage Floor. High Priority Plumbing was called and the technician (Jacob Williams) arrived to my home within an hour. This guy definitely possesses great interpersonal relationship customer service skills. It was extremely a pleasure having him as we were able to talk while he proceeded to correct the problem. High Priority Plumbing definitely received a thumbs as Jacob's arrival in a timely manner and making the necessary repairs certainly must depict the mission of their business. Thank you again Jacob!

Jace was AMAZING! A total lifesaver. Our plumbing backed up into our house and he came and spent hours fixing it outside in the cold, AT NIGHT. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, dedicated, more efficient plumber. They got him out there within a couple hours of us calling. Very fast and communication was very easy regarding who was coming and when. They text you a picture of your plumber along with their name when they are on the way. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Da-Verne Bennington Bluff Ct. Review for Patrick – Sump Pump Replacement & Mold Remediation Guidance Patrick did an outstanding job replacing my 0.5-ton sump pump. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the installation with exceptional skill and attention to detail. The new pump is running smoothly, and his workmanship gave me immediate confidence in the repair. What impressed me most was that he didn’t stop at the immediate fix. Patrick explained the conditions that led to the failure and provided clear, practical recommendations for addressing early signs of mold. His guidance on remediation options was thorough, honest, and easy to understand—no upselling, just solid professional advice focused on preventing future issues. I highly recommend Patrick for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service. Excellent experience from start to finish.
