I have an Arcooda (Highway Entertainment) Game Wizard Xtreme which is at the heart of my home gaming setup. It's almost five years old now, has moved between three homes/garages and has never missed a beat. Steve and the team are SUPERB to deal with and the after-sales service feels more like an earnest commitment to their customers rather than an obligation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium home arcade solution. 👍

You have proven to be time wasters and liars! Your emails you have sent me are proof of this. Even is your response you have lied. I have never swore or been abusive to your staff and it was Valentina from your staff that in fact did the swearing and was abusive towards me. She was yelling so loud that other around me could clearly hear her! You have wasted time and now Home pin wants to include you on the return process and has included you on very unprofessional emails. Home pin has not even made the pinball yet as he said in his email. This is the pinball I ordered 5 yrs ago and you knowingly broke his TOS with him! You are responding with lies! You are the only supplier!

Purchased a Punch Mania cabinet from Highway Entertainment as part of a shipment from overseas. While there were some delays in the shipping due to the current covid climate (lockdowns and freight issues) these were completely out of HE's control, I only mention this to emphasis that I was kept me in the loop at all times with updates and any other queries I had were promptly responded to. If anything HE borne the brunt of all these issues at their own expense without passing any additional costs onto the myself (and others). Would happily deal with Valentina and the HE team again.

Lovely experience all-round. They sent 60 photos of all 4 of their Jubeat cabs to help me choose effectively. Machine was not in perfect condition but I knew exactly what I was getting beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise. Packaging was rock solid (took 30 minutes to unscrew the cab from the pallet) and the cab came off looking just as it did when it went on. Came with artwork, 2 instruction manuals and a full set of keys.
