Thought the crappy service must have been specific to the Kotara store but can confirm neither stores possess even the basics of customer service. The staff are so consumed in whatever they are doing - stocktake etc or just their gossiping/chit chat they don’t even acknowledge you. Went in both times ready to purchase items but will order directly from the supplier.

I recently made a purchase from this beautiful little small business (some jellycats for one of the little gifts for my daughter's 18th bday pressies), and they were absolutely fantastic in regards to efficiency and communication.
