Another flawless experience with Hill Country Overhead Door Company! Roddy and George came back out to install a second garage door for me, and just like before, they were outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling through the office was smooth and convenient, and I appreciated the clear communication leading up to the appointment. Roddy and George showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and had the new door installed perfectly. They double-checked everything to make sure it operated quietly and smoothly, then took the time to walk me through the setup and controls again. These two continue to impress with their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond like this. Hill Country Overhead Doors saved the day, without their professionalism and speedy service Id have a garage door left hanging sideways off track and left open over night. They were upfront with everything and exceeded all my expectations, while others would tell me, we can come on Monday and stated they were 24/7 Hill Country Overhead Doors and Sam came to the rescue within a reasonable time! I cannot recommend this company enough, great service, they quickly replaced my garage door hinges and tracks and best of all they make it happen and now it opens and closes like new again! Thank you!!!
