Our experience with John at Presidio from start to finish was phenomenal! He listened carefully and was attentive to what I wanted, which was to match the existing engineered hardwood floor I already had in one room and extend it throughout the house. Using one of my exisiting floorboards, he found a variety of options that were nearly perfect matches and within my budget. John made the whole floor buying experience very smooth! From communicating updates in a prompt and professional manner, to being flexible with scheduling, and present during the job to ensure the highest quality of work was being done. His crew, Miguel and Victor exceeded my expectations as well! They were some of the best workers- always prompt, hardworkworking, paid attention to detail, and so respectful. They even cleaned and shined my floors after they finished the job! I highly recommend working with Presidio to meet all your flooring needs.

John Sosa and the team at Presidio did an amazing job replacing our floors. We were never happy with our dark, soft, birch wood floors and wanted a lighter, long tile. We recently had our floors done on our stairs and upstairs game room. We could not be any more happier with how they turned out! John was great to deal with. He is so knowledgeable, professional and made everything a very smooth process. He showed up on time exactly when he said he would and his crew was incredible.
