Our experience with John at Presidio from start to finish was phenomenal! He listened carefully and was attentive to what I wanted, which was to match the existing engineered hardwood floor I already had in one room and extend it throughout the house. Using one of my exisiting floorboards, he found a variety of options that were nearly perfect matches and within my budget. John made the whole floor buying experience very smooth! From communicating updates in a prompt and professional manner, to being flexible with scheduling, and present during the job to ensure the highest quality of work was being done. His crew, Miguel and Victor exceeded my expectations as well! They were some of the best workers- always prompt, hardworkworking, paid attention to detail, and so respectful. They even cleaned and shined my floors after they finished the job! I highly recommend working with Presidio to meet all your flooring needs.

John Sosa and the team at Presidio did an amazing job replacing our floors. We were never happy with our dark, soft, birch wood floors and wanted a lighter, long tile. Very difficult work ripping up our floor accomplished with sweat and professionalisms. Communication was very regular. We love our new floors and would recommend Presidio for your project.

We recently had our floors done on our stairs and upstairs game room. We could not be any more happier with how they turned out! John was great to deal with. He is so knowledgeable, professional and made everything a very smooth process. He showed up on time exactly when he said he would and his crew was incredible. If you need flooring done in your home, look no further than Presidio Flooring! We will be having them do our bedrooms in the near future.

We recently asked for suggestions on a flooring company to rip out our carpet and replaced it with an alternative. We decided to go with John who owns Presidio Flooring off of i10 and Ralph Fair. He came by and took measurements for a free quote. We loved that he gave us 3 options with 3 different prices that included the breakdown. He was definitely working with us and our budget. John texted me to inform me of material delivery and start date/time. His crew was on time and they were excellent. They treated our furniture and home with care throughout the process. They worked quickly and effectively. We were so impressed with their work. It was very clear that they took great pride in what they do. John made the process easy thanks to his check-in texts to see if we were happy with the work being done. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring!
