Smith’s Plumbing responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and completed the necessary work within a timely manner. Wade was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining to me what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He also offered some tips for the upcoming freezing weather. I won’t hesitate to recommend them.
Brandon was so wonderful! He was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He knew how to asses the next steps immediately to unclog our main line, and even though the job we need done is outside their scope- they were able to refer us to a contractor who specializes in what we need to get done! I couldn’t be more happy. This all started as a random scroll through Google, and now I have found our life long plumber!
Will came out to give me estimates and options on completing my sewer repair. He kept me informed as to when he was en route and when he arrived. Provided me with choices and answered all of my questions. I could not have been happier with his quick response to my need and his thorough, no pressure, approach to helping me with my repair.
Will Newman initially responded to my issue and gave me an estimate which I approved. It was higher than all of the others however because of past interactions with Smiths Plumbing as well as Will's demeanor, I accepted. The installation was performed by Jovani and JD the very next day and it went flawlessly. They couldn't have been nicer and more diligent in their installation of my water heater which was in an awkward place in the attic. Overall, highly satisfied and I recommend them.
Steve Reeves did an awesome job. He walked me thru all the checklist and repair process of both the shower cartridge replacement and the Master toilet clog. He also presented the Smith annual service program offer of which I agreed to. Overall, very knowledgeable and all service was done timely and clean. Thanks Steve !!!
