Excellent experience from start to finish. Very fast and responsive and excellent quality of work. Other plumbers didn't even get back to me, but Hips got back to me immediately and worked around my schedule. Would not hesitate to use again.

Free estimates is what got me to go with them but when the technician came and he was forward with pricing and options was what I really appreciated! The prices I feel were reasonable and he got the job done. Within an hour - I had my water heater flushed and some minor things replaced. I would highly recommend and I would use them again for future needs. Thanks!

Quick response to our need for a new hot water heater after it went out. Called Friday evening and they were there first thing Saturday morning. Went over the options and were able to replace it in a few hours. Cleaned up after their work and went over all questions.

Amazing Plumbing Specialist! First, the technician truly listened as I explained all of the shower temperature issues. He then did a thorough investigation and asked a few key questions that immediately impressed me. I was amazed not only by his approach, but by the results. After more than two years of having multiple large plumbing companies come to my home without success, it was refreshing to finally have someone who actually identified the problem—and fixed it. Choosing a locally owned business was the best decision I could have made! The issue was diagnosed and resolved within two hours. I needed a new water heater installed and the person that came out was on time (actually a little earlier). He was polite and explained the process for me to understand, as he had to bring some of the piping up to code as it was installed 15 years ago. I would recommend Hips plumbing for your plumbing needs.
